Publicity

The publicity officer is one of great import but only of late has the position been used as intended by the club's constitution.  Steve Sipe garnered newspaper, television, and radio coverage aplenty during his tenure.  Dave Hipp and Rick Spencer continued the tradition of fine publicity officers.
